I had a splendid time, presenting at a training day at MOD Boscombe Down. The audience consisted of extremely knowledgeable people, most of whom were experienced military aviators.
It was a delight to be in such company, sharing with them the story of 'Enemy Sighted'.
Training days are, in my opinion, about developing leadership, building a cohesive team, and establishing systems of working to effectively deliver objectives.
The story I told, was an example of agile leadership, resilient teams, and an effective system, which all helped to keep Britain from being invaded and remain in the war.
"Thank you, you delivered a hugely interesting and captivating brief"
